The first one in the office is supposed to turn on the radio to give the office a jolt of energy. After you turn on your laptop and review any late night emails, it is cappuccino time. Don’t be surprised if a co-worker offers to make you a morning coffee! After settling down with your favorite warm beverage, you are likely to be analyzing market information or preparing for a client presentation.

No matter how busy we are, we try to stop for lunch. Usually, there is a big group headed to the local food court or The Soup Spoon. If you are too overwhelmed with work to break, a co-worker is happy to grab you a sandwich on the way back. After lunch, work really starts cranking. Typically, all the conference rooms are full with client meetings and interviews of prospective hires. Meanwhile, informal teams gather around the collaborative tables to vet out issues and exchange information.

Everyone seems to maintain their own schedule; some on the early side, others like to stay late! On Fridays, there is usually a group that finishes the day with an Asahi beer or a glass of wine. And, if the energy is really flowing, you can find a group of RedPillars dancing at a club until 3 am!
