With over twenty years of consulting and marketing experience is a visionary strategist who has fueled the growth of companies such as: Citibank, ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, HP, Nokia, Motorola, Unilever, Pond's, Pepsi and McDonald's.
In his free time, you are likely to find Suresh on the cricket field or the dance floor.

| Jyotsna Mishra
Jyotsna heads the Strategy practice and Business Development in Singapore/APAC region for RedPill. Jyotsna has over twelve years of consulting experience in corporate strategy, business planning and organisational transformation with Booz Allen and Arthur D. Little.
Jyotsna graduated at the top of her M.B.A class in 1997, from the Indian Institute of Management. Outside of work, she can be found keeping her 6- and 2 year-old kids out of harm's way. |

| Rita Chakravarti
As the Head of Analytics Practice Rita comes with twenty one years of experience in the area of Consumer Banking Analytics (Risk & Marketing), Retail & Industrial Analytics, Actuarial Valuation for Retirement Benefits and Training with Citibank (APAC), IMRB International, MCCA (Currently Watson & Wyatt India Ltd.) and Northern Illinois University. Being passionate about the field, she started practicing analytics way before "Analytics" became the Industry buzz word. She also has wealth of knowledge in the area of Credit Bureaus and their usage in the Banking space.
Rita received her Ph.D. in Multivariate Analysis in 1986 from University of Pittsburgh,U.S.A. Prior to that she completed two Masters Degrees, M.Stat (Statistical Quality Control & Operations Research) from Indian Statistical Institute and M.A ( Mathematics) from University of Pittsburgh. |

| Vikram Rao
Vikram Rao was one of the founders of RedPill, and is actively involved in the overall strategic direction of the company. He is now the Head of the Telecom & Mobility Practice. Vikram has over seven years with Motorola and several more as a successful entrepreneur. Vikram received his M.B.A. from the University of Hull and his L.L.B. from the University of London. |

| Durjoy Patranabish
Durjoy heads our India business and 'c-lab' – Customer Insights & Innovation Centre based out of Chennai. As an alumnus of Capital One and Cambridge Technology Partners, Durjoy has a wealth of knowledge about outsourcing, service delivery and project management, especially in the financial services area.
Durjoy graduated from Birla Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Afterwards, Durjoy completed his M.B.A in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management. |

Kitima Kittikachorn
Kitima joined RedPill Solutions to open and manage the office in Thailand. With thirteen years experience in Financial Services, Kitima has deep experience in Process Improvement Consulting and Product Development.
Prior to joining RedPill, Kitima worked for both GE Financial and Standard Chartered Bank. Kitima earned her Master of Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington in 1996. |

Ravishankar Krishna
Ravi was one of the founders of RedPill and after many roles over the years, he is now that Head of Operations and Human Resources. Before joining RedPill, Ravi gained over sixteen years of industry experience focused on marketing, strategy and business development areas, with significant stints at multi-national companies such as Motorola and Tellabs.
Ravi received his M.B.A. at the Asian Institute of Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance. He divides his spare time between his family and golf. |

Bhavani Vishweshwar
Bhavani is the Head of Finance, and focuses on building and strengthening the company’s financial and accounting foundations. As part of the RedPill’s strategic think tank team, she focuses on revenue growth and an efficient utilization of all resources including manpower and funds. Bhavani, who is a chartered accountant, was earlier an investment banker with KPMG involved in M&A and valuations.
In her free time, Bhavani spends time with her two daughters, learns music and plays tennis. |

Ariel Spivak
As the lead of the Strategy Practice at RedPill Solutions, Ariel focuses on thought leadership, client management and business development. He has led some of the largest strategy engagements including Nokia and Hewlett Packard. Before joining RedPill, Ariel gained experience across the world in Business Development and Marketing for hi-tech companies based in Israel.
Ariel received his M.B.A from INSEAD and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. When Ariel pries himself away from his laptop, he likes to relax on the beach or travel across Asia with his new bride. |
