The RedPill Journey:
The Search for Customer-Centricity

RedPill began as an idea on Suresh’s couch.  He discovered a gap in the market that brought together the perspectives of business strategy, marketing services and information technology to address customer centricity issues. With years of experience and big dreams, he began preaching the value of a customer-centric approach to clients.

Soon several partners joined Suresh including Vikram Rao and Ravi Krishna from Telecommunications and Kartik Raja and Waiming Poo-Cheong from Consulting.  Together they laid the foundation for RedPill and began to wow their first clients with their unique perspective.

Over the years, RedPill refined its business offering. While Customer Management was always the core, we began to refine it for certain industries and projects. In 2004, we launched the Analytics Business Line. Two years later, we started the Mobility Business Line. And, as the saying goes, there was no looking back …. 

2006 to 2009 has truly been the boom time. Despite the recession, we have opened offices in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia as well as a Customer Insights & Innovation Centre in Chennai, India. Our latest office was incorporated in the UAE in July 2009. More importantly, we continue our long-term relationships with many of our initial clients as well as growing our client list with new and exciting work.
